Christian aka Chrisdave began cooking as a kid, but then went on to train and learn his trade in the bustling kitchens in the south of France and The French Alps. Later Chrisdave went on to spend 5 years working in London, at establishments such as The Delaunay, Berners Tavern and Le pont de la Tour. Last year Chris moved back to Brighton and worked at acclaimed The Pass restaurant in The South Lodge Hotel before moving on to creat his Pop Up Croustiallant D.
Sebastian, the younger brother of Christian, has been around the Brighton pub/restaurant scene for a number of years now after a spell in France, heading up The Tempest Inn, The Three Little Birds and more recently The Lord Nelson Inn. He also has a background as a Baker, and cooks a mean Roast Dinner.”
